Product Introduction
The linear screen is a device that uses a vibration motor to excite linear vibrations to screen materials. It is mainly composed of screen box, vibration motor, support device and shock absorbing device. The linear screen vibration motor is installed on the screen box. When the motor is running, it will generate an exciting force perpendicular to the motor axis. This exciting force causes the screen box to make linear reciprocating motion. After the material enters the screen box, under the linear vibration of the screen surface, the particles smaller than the screen hole size fall through the screen hole, while the particles larger than the screen hole size move forward on the screen surface along the vibration direction, and finally exit from the screen box. Different discharge ports are used to discharge materials to achieve screening of materials.

Recycling process
In the waste lithium battery recycling process, the remaining lithium battery materials that have been screened for black powder are put into the linear screen. Here, the separator on the lithium battery and the mixed copper and aluminum metal particles are separated. The diaphragms are collected by the diaphragm collector, and the remaining materials are smoothly exported through the discharge port and enter the next process in an orderly manner, laying a solid foundation for further resource separation, purification, and reuse.
