Recently, a batch of upgraded solar panel recycling machines from Shanshui Heavy Industry's production workshop, after undergoing rigorous quality inspection, were officially loaded onto trucks and shipped to Italy. This marks the fourth time this Italian customer has partnered with Shanshui Heavy Industry since 2023, purchasing Core Solar panel recycling equipment, marking a significant milestone in the partnership.

This Italian customer, a well-known local renewable resource processing company, has been highly impressed by the efficient disassembly capabilities, environmentally friendly treatment results, and stable performance of the equipment since its initial introduction in 2023. Compared to traditional equipment, Shanshui Heavy Industry's solar panel recycling machines can efficiently separate and recycle components such as glass, metal, and silicon from photovoltaic panels, achieving a recovery rate exceeding 95% with zero secondary pollution, fully complying with EU environmental standards.

"The solar panel recycling machines we purchased three times previously continue to operate stably, helping us reduce processing costs and improve resource recovery efficiency. This additional purchase was made based on Shanshui Heavy Industry's technological advantages and attentive after-sales service in the solar panel recycling machine field," the account manager stated during a communication.

To meet the client's need to expand production capacity, Shanshui Heavy Industry has upgraded the solar panel recycling machine, optimizing the feed system and separation process. This has increased processing efficiency by 20%, further adapting to the client's large-scale production needs. The equipment has been shipped to Italy by sea, and installation, commissioning, and operation are expected to be completed in one month.
