Henan Shanshui Heavy Industry's solar panel recycling equipment has been successfully shipped to Taiwan, contributing to the development of a green circular economy

Recently, a large-scale Solar Panel recycling machine produced by Henan Shanshui Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. departed from Zhengzhou International Land Port and was shipped to Taiwan by sea. This marks the company's fifth shipment of photovoltaic recycling equipment to a Taiwanese customer this year, signaling widespread recognition of its independently developed photovoltaic panel recycling technology in both Taiwan and mainland China markets.

The equipment, which was shipped this time, includes a fully automated disassembly production line, a material separation system, and precision screening equipment. It efficiently separates and recovers valuable materials from solar panels, including aluminum frames, glass particles, silver silicon powder, EVA adhesive, and copper metal, achieving a purity exceeding 95%. The modular design of the equipment ensures a compact footprint and low energy consumption, meeting Taiwan's stringent environmental standards and industrial policies.

According to the technical director of Henan Shanshui Heavy Industry, the equipment incorporates three proprietary patented technologies. Using an intelligent recognition system to precisely locate the photovoltaic panel structure and a low-temperature pyrolysis process for non-destructive material separation, it achieves a 30% improvement in recycling efficiency and a 60% reduction in pollutant emissions compared to traditional equipment. The equipment's entire operation process is digitally monitored, enabling real-time tracking of material recovery rates and energy consumption indicators.

The Taiwanese purchasing representative stated that they chose Henan Shanshui Heavy Industry because of its equipment's technological advantages in resource recycling. With Taiwan's photovoltaic installed capacity growing annually, there is an urgent need for recycling and processing retired photovoltaic panels. This newly acquired equipment will effectively fill the gap in local professional recycling equipment.
