Shanshui Heavy Industry's solar panel recycling equipment departed for Vietnam yesterday, contributing to Southeast Asia's green circular economy.

Yesterday, Shanshui Heavy Industry's production base was bustling with activity as sets of independently developed Solar Panel recycling equipment, after rigorous testing, were shipped aboard container trucks to Vietnam for the resource recovery of waste from the local photovoltaic industry. This marks the third batch of green equipment exported by Shanshui Heavy Industry to Southeast Asia this year, further recognizing the company's technological strength in solar recycling in the overseas market. 

The solar panel recycling equipment, which was shipped this time, integrates "efficient disassembly + environmentally friendly sorting + resource recycling" technology. It precisely separates glass, metal, and silicon from photovoltaic panels, achieving a recovery rate exceeding 95% with zero secondary pollution. It fully complies with EU CE and local Vietnamese environmental standards. To ensure the smooth delivery of the equipment, Shanshui Heavy Industry proactively coordinated with the Vietnamese customer's needs and established a dedicated service team to provide comprehensive support, from customized equipment production, optimized logistics solutions, to customs clearance. The entire process, from order confirmation to production and shipment, was completed in just 25 days.

"Vietnam's photovoltaic installed capacity has grown rapidly in recent years, resulting in an increasingly urgent need to process used photovoltaic panels." The head of Shanshui Heavy Industry's overseas business department stated that after the equipment is put into operation, it is expected to help the local area process approximately 5,000 tons of used solar panels annually, reducing the amount of solid waste going to landfill by approximately 3,000 tons, providing a "Chinese solution" for the development of a green circular economy in Southeast Asia.
