Brief Introduction
Single-glass PV modules, also known as single-glass solar panels or glass-backsheet modules, are traditional photovoltaic panels with a front glass and a polymer backsheet. They are the most common conventional PV modules, mainly composed of glass, solar cells, EVA, backsheet, aluminum frame, and junction box.

Product Introduction
The Single-Glass PV Module Recycling Production Line is a semi-automatic system designed for processing traditional glass-backsheet solar panels. It consists of a frame removal system, glass removal system, crushing system, material sorting system, and dust collection system. The line separates and recovers materials such as glass, aluminum, silicon, copper, plastic, and junction boxes for further recycling and material processing. It can be used for Single-Glass Solar Panel Recycling, Solar PV Panel Recycling, Photovoltaic Module Recycling, and Waste Solar Panel Material Separation.

Integrated Recycling Process

Material Recovery and Separation

Recycling Workflow
Waste Solar Panel Collection
Waste photovoltaic panels are collected from solar power plants, off-spec panels from solar panel manufacturers, and decommissioned building photovoltaic installations.
Aluminum Frame Removal
The Solar Panel Aluminum Frame Removal Machine separates the aluminum frames from waste solar panels for aluminum recovery.
Glass Removal
The Solar Panel Glass Removal Machine removes the glass layer from solar panels, producing recovered glass particles.
Panel Crushing
After the aluminum frame and glass are removed, the remaining panel layers are processed by a Solar Panel Crushing Machine.
Material Sorting
The crushed materials enter the Solar Panel Material Sorting System, where silver-silicon powder, EVA, and copper are separated for further recycling and processing.
Dust Collection
Each Solar Panel Recycling Production Line is equipped with a dust collection system to manage dust generated during frame removal, glass removal, crushing, and material sorting.
