    Glass removal equipment for photovoltaic panels/solar panels, including a heating system and a glass removal module installed at the outlet end of the heating system. The glass removal module is installed on the guide frame, and the pneumatic device, conveyor roller group, pressing roller group and scraper blade group are installed in sequence on the frame. The scraping blade set includes a guide frame, a sliding module installed under the guide frame, and a collecting hopper for collecting glass. The glass on the photovoltaic panel/solar panel is removed through the glass removal area. The removed granular glass falls onto the conveyor through the collection hopper and is transported to the collection box at the glass outlet end for collection and transfer.

    Recycling process

    Place the solar panel with the aluminum frame removed smoothly on the feed port of the glass removal machine.  The solar panels will pass through the heating zone under the automatic operation of the machine. After reaching the appropriate temperature, they will enter the glass removal zone.  During this process, the glass is separated from the solar panel, and the machine automatically, efficiently and stably removes the glass from the solar panel.  The removed glass particles will be accurately transported to the designated location through a specially configured belt conveyor.  This series of processes is completed in one go, which greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of glass separation from used solar panels and ensures the smooth development of subsequent recycling processes.
