    Recycling process

    1. Shredding stage. The waste lithium battery raw materials are sent to the shredder through a belt conveyor to be shredded into flakes.
    2. Crushing stage. The lithium battery fragments are transported by a belt conveyor to the crusher to be crushed into smaller materials.
    3. Primary screening stage. The materials are transported to the vibrating screen by pneumatic conveying to sort out some lithium powder for the first time, and at the same time, the diaphragm collector will collect the plastic.
    4. Magnetic separation stage. The remaining materials enter the linear screen, and the magnetic separator automatically screens out the iron metal.
    5. Crushing stage. The remaining materials enter the crusher and are crushed into foam.
    6. Intermediate screening stage. The crushed materials enter the drum screen again to screen out the lithium powder again.
    7. High-pole screening stage. The remaining materials enter the mill and the circular vibrating screen to screen out the copper-aluminum particle mixture and the remaining lithium powder.
    8. Final screening stage. The copper-aluminum mixture particles are pneumatically conveyed into the specific gravity separator to screen out pure copper and pure aluminum metals.
    9. Centralized dust removal. Each of our equipment will be equipped with dust removal equipment to avoid environmental pollution during the recycling and treatment of waste.
