Recycling process
1. Shredding stage. The waste circuit board waste is sent to the shredder through a belt conveyor and shredded into flakes.
2. Crushing stage. The water tank radiator fragments are transported to the crusher by a belt conveyor and crushed into smaller materials.
3. Crushing stage. The material is sent to the crusher by pneumatic conveying.
4. Sorting stage. Copper and aluminum metals are sorted out through a circular vibrating screen, a specific gravity separator and an electrostatic separator.
5. Centralized dust removal. Each of our equipment will be equipped with dust removal equipment to avoid environmental pollution during the recycling and treatment of waste materials.
