    Recycling process

    1. Shredding stage. The used water tank radiator raw materials are sent to the shredder through a belt conveyor and shredded into flakes.
    2. Primary magnetic separation stage. The water tank radiator fragments are sent to the crusher by the belt conveyor, and some iron metals are separated by the magnetic separator.
    3. Crushing stage. The water tank radiator fragments are transported to the crusher by the belt conveyor and crushed into smaller materials.
    4. Final magnetic separation stage. The crushed materials are sorted by a magnetic separator to completely separate the iron metals.
    5. Sorting stage. The remaining materials are screened out of copper and aluminum metals through a screening machine and a sorting machine.
    6. Centralized dust removal. Each of our equipment will be equipped with dust removal equipment to avoid environmental pollution during the recycling and treatment of waste materials.
