    Recycling process

    1. Shredding stage. The waste positive and negative battery raw materials are sent to the shredder through a belt conveyor and shredded into flakes.
    2. Magnetic separation stage. The magnetic separator separates the iron metal when the positive and negative battery fragments are sent to the crusher by the belt conveyor.
    3. Crushing stage. The positive and negative battery fragments are transported to the crusher by the belt conveyor and crushed into smaller materials.
    4. Primary screening machine section. The crushed materials are transported to the vibrating screen by pneumatic conveying to separate some black powder for the first time.
    5. Crushing stage. The remaining materials are crushed into powder.
    6. Intermediate screening stage. The crushed materials are transported to the vibrating screen by pneumatic conveying to separate some black powder again.
    7. Final screening stage. The remaining materials are separated into copper and aluminum metals by a circular vibrating screen and a specific gravity separator.
    8. Centralized dust removal. Each set of our equipment will be equipped with dust removal equipment to avoid environmental pollution during the recycling and treatment of waste materials.
