    Recycling process

    1. Raw Material Collection: Collect waste photovoltaic panels from sources such as photovoltaic power stations, defective products from solar panel manufacturers, and waste building photovoltaic facilities.
    2. Frame Removal: The recycled waste photovoltaic panels are first used to remove the aluminum frame of the solar panel using a frame removal machine to obtain metallic aluminum.
    3. Glass Removal: Use a deglazing machine to remove the glass on the surface of solar panels with aluminum frames to obtain glass particles.
    4. Shredding: Use a shredder to shred the solar back panel after removing the aluminum frame and glass.
    5. Crushing: The shredded materials enter the crusher to separate the battery cells, back plates and metal.
    6. Grinding: The crushed materials enter the mill and are ground into uniform particles.
    7. Screening: The ground material enters the screening machine to separate the EVA and the backing plate, and first collect the silver silicon powder.
    8. Magnetic Separation: Use a magnetic separator to screen out the ferrous metals in the remaining materials.
    9. Specific Gravity Sorting: The remaining materials enter the specific gravity sorting machine to sort out EVA glue and pure copper particles respectively.
    10. Centralized Dust Removal: Each of our production lines will be equipped with dust removal equipment to avoid environmental pollution during the recycling process.
